Author April 7 REPORT OF AN INTOXICATED PEDESTRIAN: City – an officer observed a male walking in the roadway, randomly yelling profanities. The male also appeared to be intoxicated. The officer made contact with the subject, identified as David Alexander. Alexander was later arrested for disturbing the peace and being intoxicated in the roadway.
