Utah Senate Majority Leader Sheldon Killpack quits Legislature after DUI bust
www.sltrib.com Sheldon Killpack had chaired the Utah Senate Ethics Committee. The passenger in Killpack’s car was former Rep. Mark Walker, a lobbyist who had pleaded guilty to an election law violation for attempting to induce his opponent to drop out of the 2008 state treasurers race. Walker resigned from the House on the eve of an ethics investigation.
